Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and TradeDome ("we", "us") governing your use of trade-dome.com and all related features (the "Service"). By creating an account, posting a trade, or otherwise using the Service you accept these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service. The Service is currently in beta, which means features may change, break or be removed.

• You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to consent to data processing in your country.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep your username, email and linked accounts up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including trades initiated with your trade codes.
• One person may not operate multiple accounts to farm XP, ranks, reviews or leaderboard positions.
• You must keep your sign-in credentials and Epic/Discord authorisations secure and notify us of any suspected compromise.

When you use TradeDome, you agree to:

• Only offer items you actually own and are able to deliver.
• Describe every trade honestly, including sprite names, variants and conditions.
• Honour trades you accept, and cancel promptly and politely when you cannot continue.
• Communicate respectfully in live chat, trade rooms, reviews and profiles.
• Report scams, harassment or suspicious behaviour through the in-app report tools rather than retaliating.
• Leave reviews that reflect your genuine experience of a completed trade.

You must not use the Service to:

• Scam, defraud, phish or otherwise deceive another trader.
• Post hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or discriminatory content, including slurs.
• Sexualise, endanger or target minors in any way.
• Sell, buy or exchange items for real money, gift cards, crypto or account credentials.
• Trade, advertise or share stolen, hacked or otherwise illegitimately obtained accounts or items.
• Spam, flood chat, mass-post duplicate trades or advertise unrelated services.
• Use bots, scrapers, automation or exploits to interact with the Service or to farm XP, ranks or reviews.
• Circumvent moderation, bans, rate limits, trade codes or verification systems.
• Impersonate other traders, staff, Epic Games, Discord or any other party.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, probe our infrastructure or disrupt the Service.
• Break any applicable law, or the Epic Games or Discord terms of service.

TradeDome is a listing and coordination platform. Trades happen inside Fortnite between traders — we do not hold, escrow, verify or transfer any in-game item, and we are not a party to your trade.

• Shareable trade codes are single-use; the first trader to enter a valid code claims the trade.
• Trade rooms are temporary and are permanently deleted once a trade is completed or cancelled.
• Verification badges reflect linked accounts only — they are not a guarantee of trustworthiness.
• You trade at your own risk and should verify the other trader before transferring anything.

You keep ownership of the content you post (trade descriptions, messages, reviews, profile text). By posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Our moderators and automated filters may review, hide, edit or delete content, and may warn, restrict, suspend or permanently ban accounts that breach these Terms. Enforcement actions are recorded in a moderation audit log.

If you believe an action was taken in error, you can submit an appeal from your account. We aim to review appeals promptly, but we may decline to reverse a decision.

The Service integrates with Epic Games and Discord for sign-in and account linking, and may display advertising. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. TradeDome is an independent fan-made platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Epic Games or Discord.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during beta. We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, reset beta data, or limit access at any time. We aim to give notice of significant changes, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeDome disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for lost items, lost accounts, failed or fraudulent trades, lost profits, data loss or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your dealings with other traders. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, create risk for other traders, or if required by law. Sections covering content licences, liability and dispute resolution survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia and the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Service and reflected in the "last updated" date. Continuing to use TradeDome after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
